Deposits and Advance Payments

Holiday Guests A non-refundable deposit, equivalent to 10% of the total accommodation fee, is due when booking. Until this payment is received, the booking will not be confirmed. The remainder of the accommodation fee must be paid in full at least one month before the arrival date.

Students (staying under 2 months) The full accommodation fee must be paid at least one month before the date of arrival.

Students (staying over 2 months) A non-refundable deposit of £200 is due when booking, which will be deducted from the final payment made for accommodation. The booking will not be considered confirmed until this payment is received. In addition, two months’ accommodation fee must be paid in advance at least one month before the arrival date in the UK.

By Credit Card You can include your credit card details on our booking form. Please note that a 2% handling charge will be added to all balances (total charge less deposit) paid by credit card.
